We can’t believe its been almost a year since we moved into our beautiful new gallery at the Tithebarn Workshops. The time has just flown by in our first eventful year… here’s to many more!

Bradford on Avon Green Man Festival 2024
We are very pleased to be part of the Green Man Festival again this year. There will be all sorts going on at the Tithebarn Workshops this Saturday as part of the festivities, so come on down and spend a fabulous day around Barton Farm.
As well as all the studios being open there will be food stalls, a bar, music, dancing and all round great fun!
Well That Went Well!…
A big thank you to everyone who contributed towards making yesterday’s Spring Fling such a great success. There was a fantastic atmosphere in the much needed sunshine and we must have got more vitamin D than from the rest of the whole year put together!
Already looking forward to the next event at the Tithebarn Workshops.

Tithebarn Workshops Signage
Those of you passing by or visiting the Tithebarn Workshops will notice our new signage is popping up around the garden. This is all part of the updating and new look for the Workshops which reflects the energy of the resident artists and vibrant colours of the studios.
Just a little reminder about this weekends Spring Fling in the garden here, which all kicks off at 10am…
What a place to work…
With temperatures in the negative you would think we might not be quite so happy with our lovely gallery… even with the door wide open! However, we really are lucky to have this beautiful space to come to each day. The sun is shining and the ice on the inside of windows is melting!
A busy day too, on the road outside the front of the gallery!…
It’s all go here! If you can cope with pace of life, why not pop down for a coffee and a wander around the Tithebarn Workshops and Barton Farm?
After the floods…
Just a quick post to say that it will be a few days before we are able to reopen SerenArts Gallery. The flooding caused a bit more damage than expected, but we’ll be back as soon as possible.
This is much prettier than this mornings photos! the clean up begins!
Thank you to all those lovely people for the offers of help and kind wishes. This sort of thing brings out the very best in most people.

A very Happy New Year to all our customers and friends from SerenArts. We hope you had as good a Festive season as we did with our lovely family.
I’m not sure how many times we’ve started the new year with photos similar to these, but it must be quite a few now!…
Yep… it’s the Avon bursting its banks again! So far, we have been lucky at the Tithebarn Workshops, it hasn’t made its way across the playground. Hopefully not too many of you are being badly affected with the high waters. It’s a worrying time we know.
On the plus side… sales of our duck and swan food have been brisk today!
We are looking forward to a great 2024 and our first full year in Unit 1 at the Workshops. It will be 15 years this Saturday that we first came here and took over Unit 3. Here’s to many more years to come.
Bradford on Avon Christmas Light Switch On
We are all busy here at the Tithebarn Workshops getting ready for the Bradford on Avon Christmas Light Switch On on Friday 24th November 2023…
This year will also see the return of the much loved bikes in the gardens at the Workshops. It has been a few years since they made an appearance, but 2023 is the year they come back!…
And talking of lights… for the first time, this Christmas, Bradford Town Council are lighting up the River Walk along the Avon, towards the Tithebarn Workshops.
It should certainly make the stroll from town rather pleasant.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you all for an evening of music, munching, mulling and some Christmas shopping!

From the newly repaired entrance wall to the lovely new members of the Tithebarn Workshops Team… a warm welcome awaits you.
New cafe owner Vicky, Jade at Unit 5 and Natasha at Unit 8 are all now fully open and a whole new era is starting here at the Workshops. Meet the team:
Unit 1: SerenArts Gallery – Serena & Mike
Unit 2: The Cafe (new name pending!) – Vicky
Unit 3: The Make Space – formally our gallery, now transformed into a fabulous creative space for courses and training in everything from pottery to poetry.
Unit 4: Stone Paper Scissors – Mary

Unit 6/7: Jacqueline Byrne & Sterlingwood Design – Jackie & Jerry
Unit 8: Natasha Sweeting – Natasha

We are getting geared up for the Christmas shopping rush (yes, we’re allowed to say that now!). The shops will not only have the amazing artwork and creations available to purchase from the makers, but also an array of gifts and cards.
Finally, another little nod towards the Autumn Fair that we have coming up on Saturday 28th October 2023.
To complement the units, we already have a great selection of stalls booked and raring to go in the garden for the day, as well as a live music program, creative demonstrations and more. It promises to be a great day so we hope to see you all there.
