Here we are… still going strong after 14 years at the Tithebarn Workshops. We’ve seen some coming and some goings… some good times and some not so good, but we wouldn’t swap this for anything!
We just want to say a very big thank you to all those customers, family and friends that have supported us during our time here and look forward to another great year in 2023.
We are already getting busy with artists bringing in their artwork to be turned into personalised Christmas cards, so why not pop in to have a chat about how you could make your Christmas message that little bit more special.
There have been many opinions expressed about the new living wall in the town centre, but we think it looks good, will attract visitors and, most importantly for our traffic congestion problems, reduces the co2 levels in the air.
Now… if you pick up a copy of Serena’s book ‘A Serene View of Bradford on Avon’ (copies available at SerenArts Gallery or on this website!), you will see that she was well ahead of her time when it comes to town planning. However, her idea of a living wall went considerably further than the new feature in Bradford on Avon…
We have just had the pleasure of printing another batch of greeting cards for graphic artist David Snashall. You can follow his work via his Instagram or by visiting his website.
If you would like more information or a quote for putting your artwork on to greeting cards please contact us at any time.
I was going back through some of our earlier posts and came across one I did after the first week of Lockdown 1. We were promoting our book design and printing services to those of you who now had the time to write that book you’d always talked about. After all the subsequent incarcerations you should be finished by now and looking to get yourself published!
Here at SerenArts we can take your draft book and guide you through all the stages to getting to publication and welcome your active input at every stage. For example, we have just been commissioned to design a book of watercolour paintings taken from a large collection of sketch books. The sketches are by a lady who recently passed away and her son wants her paintings to be shared with family, friends and the public.
To discuss your project with us and find out the costs involved, why not give us a call (01225 868644) / email, or pop down to the Tithebarn Workshops to visit our gallery.
We are taking orders for Christmas cards from your artwork. Why not send a more personal card this festive season… and show your work to the world!
From as little as 85p each (including quality envelope) we can create a bespoke 5″ x 7″ card with full colour printing to the front and back and your own message inside in black and white.
For more information or a quote, please feel free to contact us at SerenArts Gallery
I was going through my older files to free up some hard drive space… as you do!… and I came across a few images that we used on a project for the Bradford on Avon Preservation Trust some years ago…

We were involved in the setting up and printing of the book about the Barton Farm area by Margaret Dobson and Gareth Slater ‘Barton Farm – The Last Thousand Years’. I had no idea about the amount of history there was in the area our Workshop occupies. A very interesting project indeed…
Hope you enjoy looking at some of these great old paintings.
