I came across this aerial photo of the Barton Farm and surrounding area when I was going through some old files the other day. It was used in a project we worked on for the Preservation Trust, for their book on the history of Barton Farm. Very interesting to see places you know from above and it does show what a beautiful area we have the pleasure to work in…
We got a bit of a shock yesterday when Jackie phoned to ask if SerenArts had permanently closed! NO! Fake news!
We’re not sure what happened but Google had our gallery listed as permanently closed. We would like to point out that this is absolutely not the case and we are very much looking forward to being able to reopen our lovely gallery in just 39 sleeps. We have already contacted Google to get this error corrected and hope to see you all on Monday 12th April (as long as Boris doesn’t change his mind!).
Just as a little reminder… we are currently able to offer our printing and photocopying services as it is considered an essential service, so please feel free to contact us at any time with your requirements.
As we previously mentioned, SerenArts is able to continue to offer our photocopying and printing service during the current lockdown. This is by appointment only by emailing us at email@example.com or phoning on 0758 102 1135.
PHOTOCOPYING: If you have important medical documents, shipping labels, worksheets etc, just contact us and together we can arrange suitable drop off / collection times.
PRINTING: We continue to work with our clients on their printing requirements, including book design, graphic design, greeting cards from artwork, business stationary, Covid safety signage etc.

Well… 2020 was certainly a bumpy ride! But we’re still here and ready for the renewed challenges that 2021 will bring. We will hopefully be updating our online shop over the coming weeks as new years stock arrives, so please come back soon to see the new goodies!

With just over a week to go until the end of ‘Lockdown 2:0’ we thought we would give you a little update on how things are going at SerenArts Gallery.
Like many small businesses, this enforced closure could not have come at a worse time of year, hitting Christmas sales from our gallery very hard. Although we have transferred the bulk of our shop items into our online shop and made Serena’s artwork available on her website, there is no doubt the coming months will be a challenge. I made the mistake of calculating the percentage of annual retail sales that we would expect in November… not a good idea!
However… what these lockdowns have done is galvanise local people into looking nearer to home and supporting local firms in these difficult times. We have noticed a marked increase in ‘Bradfordian’ customers and enquiries, which is great for the local economy (and ours!). Hopefully, when we reopen after this current closure, people won’t have spent all their pennies with Amazon and we will see a lovely last minute rush for pressies!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our existing and new printing customers for their fantastic support during this period. We have had a large number of Christmas printing orders and continue to offer our ‘essential’ photocopying service.
With the second lockdown now imminent and non essential retail closing, we wanted to let you know that a limited pre-booked photocopying and printing service will still be available from SerenArts Gallery.
