SerenArts Update…

It’s been a while since we last posted as things have been a little hectic for this time of year! The Bath Art Fair was a great success and very inspirational. Serena sold a number of works over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed being amongst all the other creative people that exhibited and attended. We will definitely be attending again next year and a huge thank you to Alce for a wonderful event.

Since the Fair we have made alterations to Serena’s website and added all the new work she has created. She is now busy again producing wonderful pieces like this little kingfisher who will shortly be having gold leaf added… you can see the final results when they appear on Serena’s Instagram

Happy Anniversary

Here we are… still going strong after 14 years at the Tithebarn Workshops. We’ve seen some coming and some goings… some good times and some not so good, but we wouldn’t swap this for anything!

We just want to say a very big thank you to all those customers, family and friends that have supported us during our time here and look forward to another great year in 2023.

Happy New Year to you all and see you soon.

BATH ART FAIR 2023

It’s all booked and following the great success of the Royal Bath & West Show this year, Serena and Steve Hall are going to be jointly exhibiting again… this time at the Bath Art Fair 2023 in the Bath Pavilion from 24th February to 26th February 2023.

The first day, Friday 24th February, is a private viewing from 6pm to 8.30pm. If you would like to attend please let us know and we can arrange a link to free evening tickets as soon as they become available. Discounted weekend tickets will also be available to our customers… Simply fill out the form below and we’ll make sure you receive the information as soon as it’s available:

The Fair will then continue over the weekend, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th February. We will be posting updates as and when we get them and can’t wait to attend this exciting event. Just follow #bathartfair when you see it!

Bradford on Avon Walking Festival

Well, despite local news to the contrary, today definitely marks the start of the Bradford on Avon ‘Walking’ Festival, and not any other type of festival… despite what local vandals would have you believe!

The walks proved very popular last time and take in some of the stunning scenery in and around the Tithebarn Workshops and Barton Farm Country Park as well as the surrounding area.

Bookings can then be made in person at the Festival registration tent in Westbury Gardens, outside ExploreBoA (Tourist Information) from 09.00 on Friday 2nd September.

14 days to go…

We are very excited and working feverishly towards the Bath & West in just 2 weeks! Serena and Steve have been painting up a storm and most of their work is now at the framers… nothing like cutting it fine!

The promotional stationary and posters have been printed and are ready and we can’t wait to get going…

We will be setting up in the Exmoor Hall at the show ground in Shepton Mallet on the Wednesday and then open from 9am to 6pm on the Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th June.

We’re all looking forward to a busy jubilee long weekend.

Themed Hanging Baskets

It’s that time of year again and we thought this year we would theme our hanging baskets at SerenArts Gallery

We’ve gone for the red, white and blue basket for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in June and the blue and yellow for Ukraine.

It’s all looking lovely down at the Tithebarn Workshops with the Cloth Road Arts Week starting today and most of the units here taking part this year.

Why not pop down for a browse around the workshops and enjoy some of the wonderful artwork created for this weeks festivities…

Above are the various artists taking part this week, offering a diverse selection of work across a broad range of media. Just look out for the bright door signs and enjoy the artwork…
