Serena has just started posting videos on YouTube to give viewers a little glimpse of her upcoming works and, in the future, she will be releasing short reels of techniques and tricks she has picked up on her journey to professional artist.
Please feel free to subscribe and pop back to see what’s new on the Tube!
We have just uploaded Serena’s new website to serenapugh.com
You can still keep up to date with all things SerenArts from here or Serena’s Instagram, but the new website gives visitors a really good look at all her latest works, as well as introducing the all new YouTube channel.

We can’t wait to get up to beautiful North Yorkshire and spend a long weekend in God’s Own Country, even though it is a bit of a busman’s holiday!
SerenArts Gallery will still be open as usual right through the weekend, but printing services will be unavailable until we return on Tuesday 19th August.
SerenArts is thrilled to share its latest venture of visibility: our advertising hoarding now proudly displayed in front of the latest new terrace at Larkhall Athletic FC’s ground. It’s a vibrant splash of colour that brings the gallery’s creative spirit straight to match day!
With each home game, the hoarding gives fans and visitors a visual taste of the artistic flair on offer back in Bradford-on-Avon. As shared in a previous match report, “Always nice to see your name on an advertising hoarding!”—and SerenArts is doing just that. This marks a new milestone in the gallery’s local community engagement, strengthening ties between the worlds of sport and art.
Visitors heading to Larkhall will catch a glimpse of SerenArts’ commitment to supporting regional sport, all while promoting original artwork, printing and more. We’re proud to stand with The Larks and excited to welcome locals to come and explore our gallery, the Tithebarn Workshops and the Barton Farm area.
Serena will be joining over 200 artisans at Art in the Pen 2025 on 16 & 17 August at Skipton Auction Mart, Gargrave Road. Now in its 19th year, this beloved Yorkshire event transforms Skipton’s historic cattle pens into a vibrant art hub, offering painting, ceramics, textiles and more in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
We will presenting all Serena’s latest paintings alongside fine art prints and hand finished greeting cards. Attendees can browse her evocative landscapes, vibrant figurative and floral works and bold still lifes, all created with approachable pricing in mind.
Tickets are £6 for adults with under‑16s entering free (including both days). Whether you’re a seasoned collector or simply curious about new art, Serena’s pen promises friendly conversation and a chance to discover something special Live in Skipton this August.
Well that was all rather traumatic! Serena and I went down to the Flood Forum on Monday at the Holy Trinity Church and promptly got interviewed by Points West!
Luckily a large part of my waffling was cut out but they did also cut our praise for the wonderful Flood Wardens we have here in Bradford. It was on the BBC website, but chopped from the news piece, so we will say it again… we think they’re heros. We would also like to thank BBC Points West and in particular Will Glennon for the generous coverage of the flooding situation in Bradford on Avon.
It will be interesting to see what, if anything, comes from this very well attended event. Hopefully it was more than a PR stunt and some meaningful plans will be put in place to help those in the community that suffer the wrath of the River Avon. Flooding is certainly a problem that is becoming more frequent and more severe, so over to you at the Environment Agency, Wessex Water and Local Council.
