After what can best be described as an Annus horribilis, we at SerenArts would just like to say a huge thank you and a very Merry Christmas to all of our lovely customers. We have been overwhelmed by the support from the people of this great town and thanks to their continued backing, we are able to look forward to 2021 and what the new year will bring.

We are still taking orders for printing of Christmas cards for artists and photographers who would like their work turned into a personal, special card to send out this year.
The clever people who have set up this selling space have already got over 7000 members and over 300 stalls selling a range of gifts suitable for Christmas pressies. This not only gives customers a chance to buy locally while many shops have to remain shut, but also supports local small businesses and producers during these very difficult times.
With just over a week to go until the end of ‘Lockdown 2:0’ we thought we would give you a little update on how things are going at SerenArts Gallery.
Like many small businesses, this enforced closure could not have come at a worse time of year, hitting Christmas sales from our gallery very hard. Although we have transferred the bulk of our shop items into our online shop and made Serena’s artwork available on her website, there is no doubt the coming months will be a challenge. I made the mistake of calculating the percentage of annual retail sales that we would expect in November… not a good idea!
However… what these lockdowns have done is galvanise local people into looking nearer to home and supporting local firms in these difficult times. We have noticed a marked increase in ‘Bradfordian’ customers and enquiries, which is great for the local economy (and ours!). Hopefully, when we reopen after this current closure, people won’t have spent all their pennies with Amazon and we will see a lovely last minute rush for pressies!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our existing and new printing customers for their fantastic support during this period. We have had a large number of Christmas printing orders and continue to offer our ‘essential’ photocopying service.

Due to popular demand, we have been asked to add our range of Bradford on Avon Christmas Cards to our online shop.
These festive cards come as a set of 6 (one of each design above) and come bound together in a paper wrap. The message ‘Seasons Greetings’ is printed on the front of each card.
All the images are from photographic artworks by Serena Pugh, printed on quality 350gsm card and come with 130gsm envelopes. Dimensions: 5″ x 7″ (when folded).
