We got a bit of a shock yesterday when Jackie phoned to ask if SerenArts had permanently closed! NO! Fake news!

We’re not sure what happened but Google had our gallery listed as permanently closed. We would like to point out that this is absolutely not the case and we are very much looking forward to being able to reopen our lovely gallery in just 39 sleeps. We have already contacted Google to get this error corrected and hope to see you all on Monday 12th April (as long as Boris doesn’t change his mind!).

Just as a little reminder… we are currently able to offer our printing and photocopying services as it is considered an essential service, so please feel free to contact us at any time with your requirements.

Great news… We now have a date when we can all open our shops again (hopefully!) and that is 12th April.

So here at SerenArts we are busy producing bespoke laminated signage for shops wanting to create their own message to keep customers and staff safe…

We can offer a free design service and very reasonable printing / laminating rates. So, when Boris changes the message again… you haven’t wasted too much money on printing!

New Jewellery Designs

We have just taken delivery of the latest additions to our jewellery range and added them all to SerenArts Gallery online shop. As you’re aware, the gallery is currently closed due to the lockdown, but you are still able to treat a loved one (or yourself!) to some lovely jewellery via our online shop. We can also arrange for local collection / delivery.

We hope you’re all safe and happy out there and I’m sure it won’t be long before we will be able to welcome you all back into our gallery again.

Lockdown Window Exhibition

We are pleased to be involved in the new Tithebarn Workshops initiative… the Lockdown Window Exhibition:

The idea is to add a bit of culture to your daily walk by having a regularly changed window display of Serena’s paintings in the windows. All the artists at the Tithebarn Workshops are taking part, so you should be able to take a small, artistic detour around the windows of the Workshops…

Further details about this ongoing event have been posted on Explore BOA and it is also being covered by the Wiltshire Times and Radio Wiltshire.

Printing and Photocopying Service

As we previously mentioned, SerenArts is able to continue to offer our photocopying and printing service during the current lockdown. This is by appointment only by emailing us at serenarts@icloud.com or phoning on 0758 102 1135.

PHOTOCOPYING: If you have important medical documents, shipping labels, worksheets etc, just contact us and together we can arrange suitable drop off / collection times.

PRINTING: We continue to work with our clients on their printing requirements, including book design, graphic design, greeting cards from artwork, business stationary, Covid safety signage etc.

Well, we all knew it was coming and… we’re sorry to say… that the doors of SerenArts Gallery are now closed again until Boris says otherwise.

As before, we are allowed to continue with our printing and photocopying side of the business, but to ensure both your safety and ours, this is by prior appointment (Contact: serenarts@icloud.com or 0758 102 1135). Contact us at any time to discuss your requirements or make an appointment.

Serena’s artwork, book and cards are also available online from her website… serenarts.com

You can also purchase our jewellery and accessories via this very website… just go to the online shop using the menu above.

We will hopefully be able to reopen in the not too distant future and would, once again, like to say a big thank you to all the fantastic local people for their continued support during difficult time.

Well… 2020 was certainly a bumpy ride! But we’re still here and ready for the renewed challenges that 2021 will bring. We will hopefully be updating our online shop over the coming weeks as new years stock arrives, so please come back soon to see the new goodies!

We did have a little scare over the festive period when the River decided to get rather full again…

We got away with this one and hope that anyone hit by it this time is now all dried out and safe.

We would like to thank everyone for the tremendous local support they have shown SerenArts and the other units at the Tithebarn Workshops and wish you all a very happy and prosperous new year.

Simon the Rat'll at serenarts gallery

This little fella turned up recently at the Tithebarn Workshops. We’ve called him Simon as he seems to be hybrid of a rat and a squirrel… Simon Rat’ll! He doesn’t seem to have any tail envy despite there being at least another 4 very fuzzy specimens that frequent the garden.

Just a quick message to anyone looking for that last minute gift… all the units at the Tithebarn Workshops are open today and tomorrow… we hope to see you soon and Merry Christmas to all.

After what can best be described as an Annus horribilis, we at SerenArts would just like to say a huge thank you and a very Merry Christmas to all of our lovely customers. We have been overwhelmed by the support from the people of this great town and thanks to their continued backing, we are able to look forward to 2021 and what the new year will bring.
