Printed Greetings Cards

We have offered a personalised greetings card service at SerenArts for some time now, but rarely have I enjoyed printing the subject as much as these three we did for a client today…

They are taken from scans of original pastels done by Derek Fuller in 2006. Derek has since sadly passed away, but his wife wanted to have these charming images printed on cards to give to the family. Although a qualified joiner, it is clear that Derek could turn his hand to other artistic areas as well.

If you would like any more information about having your images reproduced on to greetings cards, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Very cool and we’ll post some pictures of them in position very soon.

Book Completion

We have just put the finishing touches to another book design for a client.  It is Natal’s Little Doctor by John Cormac Seekings.

John is a local man to Bradford on Avon and has spent some time putting together this informative and fascinating book about Dr Sutherland, a senior colonial officer in Natal, South Africa.

This will now be going to print in the next couple of months and you will be able to obtain a copy soon.  If you would like any further information about this publication, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Likewise, if you have any publishing / formatting work you would like us to look at, please get in touch.

We’re back again!

Our sincere apologies for the long delay since our last post, but with the ‘Diversity’ exhibition and then the lounging around on the beach in Corfu, we have been a little busy!

Anyway, just a quick post today to get back in the swing of things and then we will try and keep you right up to date with the goings on during the summer season (when ever that might arrive!)…

Here are just a couple of snaps of the flowers in the gardens here at the moment… it really is looking stunning… come and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee at the cafe and soak up the relaxed atmosphere…

Rejuvenated

A customer of Alans (Stained Glass Studio) brought this stained glass window hanging in the other day and asked him if he could restore the colours.  It wasn’t worth much but she had had it for over 20 years and it did have a lot of sentimental value.  He couldn’t do anything, but he knew someone who could!… Serena.  After a couple of hours of working her magic the glass was back to its colourful best and we had one happy client….
