Before opening up SerenArts Gallery this morning I went for a walk up through town to Tory to enjoy the glorious start to the day.

I never stop feeling how lucky we are to live in this beautiful town and thought I would just share a few quick snaps of the views across Bradford in the morning sunshine… more of this glorious weather please!

It has been brought to our attention that there is a distinct lack of 2019 calendars featuring images of Bradford on Avon this year, so to add to our Photographic Art calendar we have now added a second calendar depicting photographs taken by Serena.

It is a 14 page A4 wall hanging calendar printed on quality 200gsm paper and featuring scenes of the Town and priced at just £4.95 each.

OK… so it’s a little grey and damp but the bikes look lovely in this gloomy light!

The Floating Market on the Kennet and Avon Canal is also on this weekend so it’s an ideal opportunity to pop in and see us at the same time.

The Festive Bikes are Back!

Now we know Christmas is coming… the sponsored bikes are back at the Tithebarn Workshops (more photos to follow when night falls and they’re all lit up!).

A huge thank you to Tourism and Events Officer Steph Shearing and the Town Council for arranging this for us again this year.  They were a big hit for us at the Workshops last year and hope the same numbers will be attracted in 2018.

Kingfisher Collection

We now have a collection of stunning kingfisher paua shell pieces within our range of jewellery.  The items currently available are earrings, necklace and brooch at great prices.

Bearing in mind our proximity to the River Avon in the Barton Farm Country Park, we are very pleased to be able to offer this collection.  Those of you who have been down to our Gallery may just have been lucky enough to see one of these beautiful birds for real… and if not, there is now a little something you can take away with you!

You may also notice that our company logo is now pretty well immortalised in paua shell.

The more eagle eyed amongst you will have noticed that we have recently become serenartsgallery.com instead of serenartsgallery.wordpress.com… we’re still going to be posting on our wordpress blog but have upgraded to give you more information and options when visiting our site… watch this space for more things to come!

While I’m here I thought I would just let you know we have recently taken delivery of a beautiful range of faux suede ladies gloves.  The colours this year are truly stunning…

Everyone at the Tithebarn Workshops would like to just say a big thank you to everyone who came down last night to enjoy our Artisan Extravaganza…

We had a great evening with music, mulled wine, nibbles and a bit of early Christmas shopping.  With the fire blazing and marshmallows toasting it was truly a lovely atmosphere and there are already plans for another event soon.
